An additional feature supplied as part of the Acquire data capture agent for Windows Servers is the Critical Service Monitor for Windows servers whichwill generate SNMP alerts to signal loss of processes or violation of pre-defined metric thresholds. Critical Service Monitor allows you to check for the presence of critical processes, or to monitor the value of critical system metrics such as % Processor Time on target machines running Windows.
