ITIL v3 Planning, Protecting and Optimization

TIL® PPO course is an intense deep dive into the Planning, Protection and Optimization principles of Information Technology Service Management as per the V3 ITIL Infrastructure Library.

This course meets the requirements for the ITIL® Intermediate Capabilities PPO exam and certification and is accredited by EXIN.

Our ITIL® PPO course includes copies of the training material as well as reference documentation. Course delivery is done over five days and features some lectures, but far more interactive discussion and team exercises. Course includes 50% practical, hands-on exercises to supplement theoretical ITIL concepts.

  • In order to take the examination, delegates will have to hold the ITIL Foundation Certificate.
