You have a Microsoft Exchange system providing mail services to your business, but you are starting to get performance issues.

These issues have manifested themselves in poor performance or perhaps even an increased number of incidents to the service desk.

Alternatively you may not be currently experiencing performance issues but you’re keen to check the current health of your Exchange environment but lack the skills to do so.

Metron’s Microsoft Exchange Server health check aims to provide these sorts of assurances. Using our enterprise performance software, our experienced consultants will remotely capture and then analyze the performance data of your Exchange system and provide guidance as to which areas are or have the potential to be causing performance issues.

  • $2,425 per MS Exchange installation *
  • Whilst the data is collected on-site via athene® the resulting analysis and report generation is done off-site. **
  • This service will be delivered by Metron’s uniquely skilled consultancy team
Requirements
  • This service supports Microsoft Exchange 2003 & 2005.
  • Sufficient environmental access to support WMI capture
  • Windows based computer running Windows 2003, XP, Vista, 2008 with MS .NET v2 framework installed
  • Sufficient network permissions to access Metron’s FTP site
