Requirements

In order to gain the best value from our Capacity Plan service the client should provide the following:

  • Service and infrastructure maps
  • Business forecasts
  • Access to all supporting documentation and staff
  • Where appropriate relevant performance data will also be provided
  • Sufficient performance data to facilitate capacity planning.
