Operational Capacity Management - Overview

Our operational Capacity Management service is designed to review any existing Capacity Management processes or provide guidance as to what’s required to initiate the beginnings of a process.

Whilst usually based on the ITIL framework Metron’s consultancy team can deliver a solution using an alternative framework or in-house processes.

Our uniquely qualified and experienced consultants will come on site and perform the following tasks:

  • Review current monitoring strategy
  • Review the current reporting strategy
  • Evaluate staff understanding of performance/capacity management
  • Review current status of any Capacity management processes, including the following:

    • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Service management integration
    • Review capacity databases
