The Post
We are seeking to expand our development team by recruiting a number of Junior/Graduate Software Engineers.

Metron’s software is developed using Microsoft tools and Agile Development practices. The suitable candidate should have knowledge and ideally demonstrable experience of some or all of the following:

MS C#
MS Foundation Classes (MFC) and/or ATL
COM/DCOM
Database access and MS SQL Server
Database design
Microsoft Silverlight
Agile Development Methodologies, ideally Scrum
Unit Testing (ideally Test Driven Development)

This is a junior post and has no management responsibilities.

The successful applicant will report to the Development Manager and work as part of a Scrum team, where they will be expected to work on both new product development as well as legacy systems.
