An Online Help Desk System has been made available for athene® 8 users to open new calls and monitor and amend existing calls on a 24 Hour basis using a web based Help Desk System.
An important feature of the Online Help Desk, is that you will automatically be notified via email by the Help Desk System when new Calls are opened or when changes are made to any call opened by you. Please check your Spam filter or Junk mailbox in case your email System treats these emails as spam.
Users will also be able to access a large number of Metron Information Articles that make up the Metron Knowledge Base (The next generation of M.A.R.S.)
This Online Help Desk facility is only currently available to athene® 8 Users. Please contact action@metron-athene.com for confirmation of your User Logon and Password. Once you have been issued with a valid User Logon and Password, Click here to Logon.
