As Capacity Managers, there are times in which we are tasked with presenting the data being captured within our environment different ways. Depending on the audience, CIO for example, means a different way of data presentation. The key to getting the point across is ensuring the data presentation is telling a story. The telling of the story needs to be clear and concise to the audience without obscuring the message.

This training and user forum will show different features within athene® to present data. The most common method of presenting the data is via a Dashboard. athene®, through its APR configuration manager, will all you to quickly show various performance reports for display in a web browser. There are a couple of other methods that will assist in providing a visualization of the athene® data. There are methods to save the Athene data into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet or Word document. In the case of the of the Word document, many organizations have a standard monthly performance report that is produced. With athene®, you can take the necessary reports and on a scheduled basis save them into the document allowing the capacity planner to only add necessary verbiage. The placement of the data into an Excel spreadsheet can be used in a similar circumstance.
